How are inquiries routed?+
By default, inquiries land in the admin inbox. On Pro and Elite plans, the admin can also enable direct email notifications so each coach is alerted the moment a new inquiry lands.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. We prorate the difference and never lock you in.
Do you take a commission on bookings?+
